Voyage State Fitness LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is
committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect,
use, store, and share information when you access or use the Voyage State Fitness mobile
application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services,
you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Controlling Privacy Policy and Order of Precedence
By accepting this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that this Privacy Policy constitutes the primary
and controlling privacy agreement between you and Voyage State Fitness LLC.
This Privacy Policy is intended to be supplemental to and read in conjunction with any other privacy policies,
disclosures, or data related terms that may appear within the application, including any embedded or platform
provided policies. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in the event of any conflict,
inconsistency, or ambiguity between this Privacy Policy and any other in app or platform privacy terms,
this Privacy Policy shall supersede, govern, and control with priority as it relates to the collection,
use, storage, processing, sharing, and protection of personal information by Voyage State Fitness LLC.
No embedded, background, or platform generated privacy terms shall be interpreted to limit, alter,
or override this Privacy Policy with respect to Voyage State Fitness LLC’s handling of user data
unless expressly agreed to in a separate written agreement signed by Voyage State Fitness LLC.

We may collect the following categories of information:
Personal Information: Name, email address, account credentials, subscription status, and other
information you voluntarily provide.
Payment Information: Payments are processed by third-party providers including Stripe, Apple
App Store, Google Play Store, and any additional payment processors we may use now or in the
future. Voyage State Fitness LLC does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment
credentials.
Health and Fitness Information: Voluntary fitness-related inputs such as workout logs, program
completion data, nutrition-related inputs, progress photos, and self-reported metrics.
Usage and Device Data: App interactions, device type, operating system, IP address, analytics
data, and crash diagnostics.
Sensitive Information: Certain information you provide (including health- and fitness-related
data) may be considered sensitive. You provide this information voluntarily, and you
acknowledge that we use it only to deliver and improve the Services as described in this Privacy
Policy.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
1. To provide and personalize the Services, including coaching-related content and program
features;
2. To process payments and manage subscriptions;
3. To communicate with you, including account notices, coaching communications,
customer support, updates, and service-related messages;
4. To improve the Services, including analytics, troubleshooting, research, development,
and feature improvements;
5. To secure the Services, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, and protect the Company
and its users;

3. Payment Processing
All financial transactions are handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe, Apple,
Google, and other providers as selected by the Company. Each processor maintains its own
privacy and security standards. V oyage State Fitness LLC does not directly process or store
sensitive payment information.
4. Information Sharing
We may share limited personal information and usage information with trusted third parties
solely as reasonably necessary for business operations, technology support, communications,
marketing, analytics, and service delivery. These parties may include, but are not limited to,
Meta (including Facebook and Instagram platforms), Evora Agency, AppRabbit, GoHighLevel,
hosting providers, analytics services, CRM platforms, email and messaging tools, marketing
partners, customer support tools, and other vendors we work with from time to time.
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary to
provide the Services, improve user experience, operate the business, or comply with legal
requirements.
Service Providers: We may share information with vendors and service providers that process
information on our behalf and under our instructions to support the Services.
Legal and Safety Disclosures: We may disclose information if required to comply with law, legal
process, or lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the Company, users, or
others.
Business Transfers: We may transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition,
financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, dissolution, or sale of Company assets.

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services,
comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you request deletionof your personal information, we will delete or anonymize information where feasible, subject to legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and security obligations.
